I hope that this book would answer some questions I had concerning the Apostle and his interactions with the early Christians of that era. Instead what I got was a disjointed and bizzare rant ab|About the Author|Joseph A. Marchal is Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at Grinnell College and the author of numerous articles and papers in feminist and postcolonial interpretation.

Was Paul an opponent of imperialism or a participant in the patriarchal social codes of his day? Joseph A.
