It approaches lucid dreaming in a down to earth, practical way that makes is accessible to anyone. Moss selects his words carefully, so he ends up saying a lot with one sentence (vs. those who have a lot of words and say nothing). It's easy reading, but it's|From Booklist|This is more and better than just a book about how to remember and understand dreams, although it is that kind of book and as good as any such recently published. Moss covers all the expected terrain
